On Friday 26.10.2018, thanks to the support of National Association of Professional Collection Agencies (hereinafter NAPCA), the round table on the problem of debt collection in the utilities was held.
Fedor Vachata, CEO of M.B.A Finance, and Denis Nikolchenko, Head of Business Development (Non-banking financial companies and Utilities) at M.B.A. Finance, took part at the meeting.
The main goal of the round table was the beginning of the dialog with the largest players of utility sector (resource-supplying companies) on cooperation with the professional collectors to reduce the debt obligations of the population in utility sector. On the part of NAPCA’s members, collection agencies participated that have an expertise in the utilities’ debt collection. M.B.A. Finance took an active part in the organisation and holding on the round table. Representatives of the company told all participants about the benefits and prospects of cooperation and the effectiveness of debt collection by professional collection agencies. The main questions of JSC “Quadra”, JSC “MOEC”, JSC “Mosenergosbyt” were the mechanism of interaction and the legal basis for cooperation with collection agencies.
The result of the meeting: resource organisations are interesting in the services of professional collectors and there was preliminary decision to repeat the round table for even more immersion into the problems of utility sector.
